πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ What we had learned this year: πŸ“š

• Singular and plural,
• I can, I can not( I can't ).
• I have got. I haven’t got...
•Question words and the shorts answers.

With the board game ”Monopoly”, we have trained how to sell, buy, pay, and for example ask: How much does it cost?

With outdoor games, we had a bit of adventure and we have learned to orient ourselves, ask for help, ask for direction.

Hello family.  I hope you are having a great vacation! Well, we have been lucky to be able to work a lot.
https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1xhGBwV88sD_p3ZTl1YLr0u6t2td2kaa6

I am glad to share with you a little gift for all of you, it is a video with some of our best moments and experiences.  If you want to watch the video please click the link below:

So, just to summarize, we have talked about winter, ❄️⛄️the clothes we usually wear to keep warm, we have continued counting, using structures such as” How many colored pencils are in the box?” or how many stars are in the whiteboard? There are... 5( for instance ).
https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1RCD0MI6jen9pGLIwkq24jeop5K4ipNfr
We have worked with animals, we have started with some opposites such as tall and short, dirty and clean, small and big,  fast and slow.   Also some prepositions like, inside and outside, in front, behind, next to, on and under.  We went for a picnic and of course we talked about food, I like cookies,  I like juice. Do you like sandwiches? Yes, I do or no, I don't.
And last but not least we have been talking about Christmas.

Christmas things like : Christmas trees, Christmas lights, ornaments, Candy cane, snowman, reindeer and so on...
Now, students indeed deserve this Christmas break.πŸŽ„
I hope you enjoy this post and also the video.
 “Happy Holidays πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έor vacation πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§!
πŸŽ„❤️

P4 Thanksgiving project

At the end of November your children have come home with a colorful turkey this was because we have have celebrated Thanksgiving together, this is one of the most popular and important holidays in the United States and Canada and is always celebrated on the last Thursday of November.
https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1rXuAj-FuXW-FdbmS-aYJxR9phQ0VZ0aH
It is a day that families gather around the table (and the turkey) to give thanks for all the good things we have in our lives, but in our case we wanted our turkey, (symbol of thanks given) to be alive, happy, and full of colors and gratitude.
https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1w95lk1474eE82tHdi4GvkFrFHRAlNrXk
We have been talking about how grateful we are for our home, our family, our toys, and how lucky we are to be able to play with them.
We have drawn our house, we have colored, we have used the glue.  We have also worked on shapes and colors.

In any case, it is worth remembering that it is not necessary to have a special day dedicated to it.  Every day we can thank all the good we have.

I hope you have enjoyed it.
Have a great day full of gratitude!
With love,
Denise

4th grade - Last entry of the year - A brief account

 Hi families:

Here we are again. These few weeks before Christmas we have made an intensive revision of the topic of numbers. Through a wide sort of activities we have practice numbers, up to hundreds and thousands and basic add and substract operations.

In addition to that, we are ending up the year with a movie, Christmas chronicles.

Just wish you a Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year!
