4th grade - Halloween special activity - Apple Bobbing

Hello once again,

In this post, you can see how we played to an American Halloween game called Apple Bobbing. 

We had fun, though it was really difficult to pick the apple from the pan without using hands, only by using the mouth. Finally, however, all of us got his apple and got wet!

Hi families!

Today we have joined P4,P5 & 1st grade to celebrate Halloween. We have done some special activities like face painting, singing or dressing up. We have learnt some scary words like ghost, black cat, skeleton, spider, bat or witch. Altogether we had fun in a scary environment!

these last days Halloween topic took the scenario... And we use it to go through vocabulary related to different parts of the body, colours and numbers...

We coloured diverse aliens or monsters..and after cutting we got puppets!

3rd grade - talismans

It was not easy to understand what a talisman/magic amulet is. But once we reached the meaning, we could check some examples....like the Wand of Harry Potter, the Ring of Frodo, the Ring of the Green Lantern...

After that, imagination arised writing a list all kids together with all the special powers we could imagine:  flying, transforming into animals, jumping super high, running fast, becoming invisible....and a lot mire ideas that they thought about.

Now they are designing and drawing their own amulet with speciffic powers....which will be made of clay next week.

2nd D - we are monsters!!

We are the monsters with one single eye!!
But what an special eye, from a piece of paper we needed to understand and follow the instructions to reach these  beautiful eyes!

5th grade Scary, scary Scary !!!
