P4 and the Big Green Monster

Hello families!
Before the end of the year, the P4 class read the book "Go Away Big Green Monster!"

They enjoyed it so we decided to represent the green monster with play-do... we LOVE play-do!!

By the way, they practised colours, parts of the face and head... take a look at the GREAT results...

1st grade. Family.

Hello,

as soon as we came back from Christmas days, we shared some nice experiences of the time we spent with the family.
So we came along relatives vocabulary: mother, father, brother, sister ... and why not, some pets (dog, cat, turtle...).
After that, we drew a portrait of our own families and shared it with the classmates.

4th Winter paint

Outside is freezing and we got in the mood by painting snowflakes and winter things using cold colours and the masking tape technique. We draw a snowflake with masking tape, then paint all over and when the tape is removed...surprise, a really nice craft. After that they were really interested on detective things, so we played Detective's Hangman. Maybe we will continue all this clue game and become little Sherlock Holmes. We will see...

2nd Goodbye Autumn!

Christmas Craft

Happy New year and welcome back to the Club. Hope everybody has spent a lovely family time and a relaxed holiday. The English team want to show you the things we did before Christmas and the lovely crafts children made...

We decided to join all the classes and create a Christmas clay decoration and sing some Christmas songs. Children enjoyed it and made really nice things! Here are some pictures...

6th grade. Tiny houses: final resolution.

Dear parents and friends,

we have already explained the movement of "Tiny houses" all around the world and specially in USA.
Our creative students have a lot to say about how to organize a tiny house, with nice and practical ideas like: hiden storage, climbing walls, pull down tables, pull out beds, hiden kitchens or toilets...and even super ECO toilets (like trees).

Have a look and enjoy the tiny movement by 6th graders as we did during the process!

P5 & 2nd Learning about the sea

The past weeks the 2nd graders were interested in the sea. We submerge in the ocean vocabulary and we had fun creating our own sea... It was espectacular! Enjoy the photos!

5th grade. Monster film.

Dear friends,

for sure you remember that we created some monsters made of socks, and afterwards, the idea of a film arised.
Well...during the process some of the characters suffered several variations, some other got lost ... you know, these things happen even in Hollywood!!!

Anyway, we survived and we are finally able to launch the film! We hope you enjoy it!

1st grade, Advent Calendars.

Hello,
Christmas time is here!

The children were working hard on their advent calendars, not only with the design of the covers, but also with the content of each window to be opened. This was a nice way to review some usual vocabulary through drawing and writing.

It was a great work and the children got involved in each window. This is the reason why the calendars reached home some days later than we expected and some windows had already to be opened ;-P
